Thanks to the heat treatment process, metals are heat treated in order to obtain those crystalline structures that give them the desired mechanical and / or technological properties.

Our plants are suitable for various types of heat treatment, for example: Gas Carburizing, Hardening with quenching in salt, water, oil and polymer; Tempering; annealing; Stress Relieving; Normalization; Solution Annealing; Carbonitriding; Nitriding, Brazing, Sinterig, etc.
Depending on the material and the process, different types of plants can be used:
Mesh belt furnacesor Hardening, Gas Carburizing, Carbonitriding with Quenching in oil, salt or polymers;
Belt furnaces for brazing with atmosphere, with or without muffle;
Sintering furnaces;
Gas nitriding furnaces in horizontal or vertical load configuration;
Pushing furnaces;
Pit furnaces for Hardening, Gas Carburizing, Carbonitriding with Quenching in oil, salt or polymers;
Special furnaces made on customer specifications;
Accessories for heat treatment plants, such as Endothermic generators gas or electric heated.

Our experience in the design, construction and start up of the heat treatment plants allows us to have a deep knowledge of the furnaces and accessories for heat treatment, therefore we can guarantee a high performance and reliable product.
Our technical staff is also involved in the design phase, giving him the opportunity to get into the machine’s constructive detail, thus enhancing its efficiency. On the other hand, our technicians, thanks to their personal field experience, are an important source for new solutions and improvements. We have teams working with qualified technicians operating in Italy, Europe and the rest of the world. Our staff is specialized in several tasks, we can offer mechanics, electricians, installers, maintainers, programmers, process specialists, technicians for commissioning, repair and maintenance of heat treatment plants or parts of there.
Among our services there are also the supply of spare parts of various types, including motors, fans, chains and guides, radiant tubes, gaskets, doors, muffles, heat exchangers, pumps, equipment for loading and unloading the pieces in the furnaces, etc.
In addition to maintenance and service for plants and furnaces manufactured either by us or other manufacturers, we also deal with repair and adjustments of existing machines, software updates and automation of working areas
